About Boyz II Men
The album that Boyz II Men released in 1997 did not do as well as their previous albums, and it seemed that the group had lost their Midas touch over the music world. Evolution didn't have nearly the shelf life of previous releases, selling only two-million copies. It didn't help that critics were less than enthusiastic, questioning the album's title since the music itself was more of the same. Boyz II Men were at the end of their line, it seemed at the time.
